Amazing Big Villa with private garden located in a residential area a few steps away from the large beach of Sant'Andrea . Given its size it is perfect for large families. The area is well served by all amenities such as markets, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, all within a few minutes drive while the beach is within walking distance. The beauty of the villa and its location make it the perfect location for a wonderful stay on the coast, a strategic base for exploring the entire coast.

As soon as you arrive, you can access the large parking lot that can comfortably accommodate up to three cars. The large lush garden revolves around the entire house and also offers a large outdoor space for lunch or dinner in the shade of a large gazebo. In the outdoor area there is also a large barbecue.

Entering the house on the first floor, you will have a large living room equipped with a Smart TV with comfortable sofas, and a large dining room.

On the same floor, in the adjacent room you will find the fully equipped eat-in kitchen, also equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and an additional dining table.

Also on the ground floor, you have the first bathroom, recently renovated, equipped with complete sanitary ware, with a comfortable shower

Near the bathroom there is also an additional service room with washing machine
On the upper floor, the sleeping area, is accessed via a beautiful solid wood spiral staircase.

This floor consists of four bedrooms, for a total of nine beds, all equipped with air conditioning and a large wardrobe.

The suite, the largest of the four, is also equipped with a private bathroom and an additional small room that can accommodate a child or another adult. There is also a cot on request.

Another valuable detail, always much appreciated, is that all the rooms have a private balcony

In all the rooms you will find the necessary linen for your stay, both bed and bathroom linens that include large, medium and small towels.
Additional linens for long stays can be provided on request.

On the same floor you will also have a third bathroom recently renovated with complete sanitary fixtures and a shower.
